  • The crackled surface is strong and durable in terms of surface wear, resistance to heat, cold and moisture.
  • If the surface is glazed, the glaze layer is actually the most sensitive and may need a protective topcoat depending on where the painted surface is located.
  • A topcoat should be considered if using this material in a kitchen or bathroom.
